Week 1 – Understand Your Patterns

Week 3 – Practice New Ways of Being

Week 4 – Learn to Shift How You Feel

Gain the ability to shift out of anxiety, panic, or freeze. You’ll use breath and movement to change how you feel — instead of staying stuck.

Week 5 – Reset Your System

Learn how to recover after stress. You’ll explore how to settle your body, recharge your energy, and return to balance after being thrown off.

Week 6 – Stay Balanced in Real Life

Practice staying steady during everyday ups and downs. You’ll blend breath and movement in a way that helps you stay present under pressure.

Week 7 – Rewire Old Reactions

Interrupt old patterns and build new responses. You’ll combine tools from earlier weeks to create deeper change in how you react to life.

Week 8 – Live the Practice

Bring it all together. You’ll strengthen your ability to stay calm, reset quickly, and meet life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
